songwriters event Dutch flu

Dutch Flu is a new innovative event that will be held during the Amsterdam Dance Event on the 25th of October. Dutch Flu is an initiative from Independent Entertainment company Walboomers Music and audio post production company and recording studio Earforce. The event is supported by Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) and national society Buma Stemra.

The purpose of Dutch Flu is to stimulate the cooperation between Dutch and international songwriters and to create great commercially exploitable songs in an unique Amsterdam Dutch environment.

25 to 30 national and international songwriters and/or producers will be invited for a long day of serious writing with a professional and commercial goal. The results of this event will be pro-actively pitched worldwide in the Music, TV/Movie and Advertising industry.

Confirmed writers will attend from EMI Publishing, Universal Publishing, Sony/Atv Publishing, Walboomers Publishing and Earforce Publishing.

The selection of writers will be based on criteria such as; background, experience and motivation.
