Remixing the megastars is done by the global big shots. It can turn out to be a painstaking, arduous task, whereby the star’s management ensures that the remixer has no creative freedom left whatsoever. In other cases, the remixer is allowed to mash up an icon’s original to the utmost degree. Since years, pop stars have noticed that they can sex up their image by hiring a dance producer to make a remix. Yes people, they need us! On D3: DJ and Producer seminar we will present you some of those star remixers up close and personal.
